A 12 week ACCOUNTABILITY Challenge that emphasizes MINDFUL, healthy and clean eating. You will learn the 'know how' to be your OWN best Dietitian, and you will accountable to a specific exercise program that YOU and I create TOGETHER to fit your exercise NEEDS and requests!
*Participants may choose an upgraded package concluding the Orientation.
~ TBA: Workshop Orientation $99. Includes Journals and descriptive workout designs & Smart Cart Grocery Tour within 2 days of the Orientation date. Learn HOW to follow the Mindful Clean Plate Journal and HOW to exercise to create change! No further accountability from Danielle Fryer. $99
~Satellite BMC program $495.00 Includes Orientation^(see above) + 12 weeks of once a week accountability and follow up per Danielle.

Body Assessments will be conducted at the 1st week, 6th, and 12th week.
Participants will take the following pledge.
I am taking on a challenge. A challenge to transform my behavior toward diet and exercise. I vow to remember this pledge daily for the next 12 weeks. I am creating possibilities for my mind, body and the energy that surrounds me. I will be honest with myself, honest with my Trainer, and begin my transformation with each meal I choose. I will exercise and eat accordingly to my program instruction. I will designate my FREE cheat meal that is scheduled once a week. I will set myself up for success and pack my meals each night for the following day. I will get to the grocery store on the day that I plan for me, each week. I will plan ahead and be organized! I will succeed and accept my METAMORPHOSIS!
