Wow, where to begin. I guess I can start by saying thanks for devising a training and nutritional regimen for me. All that know of me know of my competitive side. I believe that even if you want something, proper training is crucial for success, not JUST self-motivation. I will admit that although I am not your typical person your plan is what, in my opinion, gave me the proper edge. Before I began working out with you, I fed off of information found on the internet. I guess you can say that I picked and chose what I thought was proper based off of popular opinion. I have to say that listening to your advice seemed to be contrary to most of what people do, but listening to you is what paid off. I say this with confidence because of the mainstreams misleading fact about protein intake over carb intake. I read multiple blogs of everything being protein, protein, protein and less carbs. There was even a time where I was cutting out carbs and Gatorade because of how much sugar was in it.
I wanted to look my best, better than I ever did and so my interest in nutrition was now more of a concern. Who would have thought that a woman (oh boy!) knew what she was talking about! I listened! I took in what you told me, not because you said so, but because of your credentials. I mean you have a title (CSSD) that they do not hand out. My life’s experience has told me to NOT be naïve, but to listen to those that KNOW what they are talking about. So as you know, I stopped finding my information online. I mean, why trust a site written by someone who SAYS they have certain titles and experience, when I can get the correct advice from someone who I can trust?
So you told me, based off of my needs, to UP my carbs and to USE Gatorade. I trusted you and it paid off. Thank you for investing your time in me. I KNOW that if people listen to what you say, to the whole word and not take just bits and pieces of it, that they too will have the metamorphosis effect!
I will admit another truth about working out with one of Danielle’s plans. I have put on more muscle, increased my agility and endurance working out with her plans. I am soon to be 33 and strongly feel that I will have this drive even well in my late 40’s. My flexibility due to yoga has increased as well as my strength. The amazing part is that the most weight I have worked out with are 70 pound dumbbells and 110 pounds for deadlifts. Her plan is not about how much weight you use, however she does say that not only pushing yourself has its benefits, but how driven you are. Obviously if you try to transform your body, you need to give more than 70% of your heart. I am a 100% dedicated person. If you want results like me, given by Danielle, you have to want it. Her mantra of “Do it to it” has champion written all in that statement. Also “It is good to be able”, for those that want to either maintain or lose on their terms. I can say with confirmation that if you want to win something, even the war on fat, Danielle is your trainer! So if she tells you to trust her in your goals, please do, the results will happen.
