Team Lift TM
Team Lift is a small, private, structured, regimented, unique and effective 60 minute, Strength Training session. The class is shared with few other Metamorphosis clients and instructed by Danielle Fryer.
A variety of strength training principles are explored with each lift. It's a perfect option for those who are trying to cut expenses without cutting into the benefits of having a professional training session! Also, it is a wonderful opprotunity to learn how to lift weights properly and effectively!
You may attend 1-3 Team Lift classes per month. Month to month agreement. No contracts!
