minute consultation, that I am offering you. It can be scheduled

you! I am asked often, "What is Metamorphosis Studio (META) and in a
nut shell here it is....
Metamorphosis is not a club/gym that
takes a monthly fee and hooks you/contract and all, for at least a
year. All services are rendered based on what the clients wants and
needs are in regards to his or her fitness and nutrition goals. There
are no lengthy contracts that
KEEP you here paying for something you may or may not use. You may come
and go as you please. There is no doubt, that this freedom creates a
special energy within the studio and runs through every service
offered. All services have a charge, but all services are
scheduled/enrolled around the clients wants/needs.
Meta offers one on one training, and small group classes and
PERSONALIZED NUTRITION designs.
The training style at Metamorphosis is
emphasized to get you RESULTS in HALF the time you would receive by
going to a gym. Meta provides the education on HOW to strength train,
HOW to cardiovascular train, FOR
THE PURPOSE of YOUR GOALS,
YOUR BODY, and
YOUR MIND SET. Trainers at Meta educate & create

Danielle is no stranger to physical and personal fitness.
She was
a competitive gymnast for 13 years in her hometown of Alabama. After
graduating high school, she began strength training, which led
her to compete in Fitness America Pageants (FAP) and National Physique
Committee (NPC) fitness shows from 1999-2004.

Even after
founding Metamorphosis in 2004, Danielle is true to the
cause. As a competitive fitness professional, she strength trains
3-4 days
a week and
completes her various cardio regimen 6 days a week (Cycling outdoors,
Spinning, Swimming, Step Aerobics, Kick boxing, Yoga, Running, and
Hiking)
A few

about Danielle's passion for fitness:
- Danielle writes a monthly editorial for the
Greenwich Gazette in New
Jersey. (Read recent articles written under "Danielle's Plate" tab)
- Danielle is a subcontractor for Foster Wheeler and instructs group
exercise classes M-TH on FW campus. She also creates a daily, healthy
menu choice for the cafeteria on campus. Danielle offers a once a month
free healthy food sample to FW employees to promote and educated the
fantastic options healthy eating has to offer! Danielle offers once a
month "Lunch and Learns" at FWC. She speaks about anything wellness,
i.e. diabetes, weight loss, behavior modidfications regarding fitness
and nutrition, and how to develop a personal fitness program design. No
wellness subject is forgein to her and she is passionate with her
public speaking!

Danielle
graduated in 2000 from
the University of Alabama where she
earned her BS in Food and Nutrition. From there, Danielle passed the
National Registration of Dietetics exam and became a Registered
Dietitian. Danielle has been personal training since 1996 and is
certified by Internal Sports and Science Association (ISSA) and holds
other group fitness certifications as well.
